According the brazilian legislation the patent application from Exterior can be filed in Brazil with the data of applicant and inventor, including a description of patent, but in 30 days counted from intimation of demand shall be completed with the formal description, claims, abstract and eventual drawings. On the other hand when is filed the patent application in foreign language, the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property shall publish demand to the applicant accomplishs in 30 days counted of intimation, bringing the documents as description, claims, abstract, between others in brazilian idiom. By the way better is to bring all documents without necessity of demands and extra fees.
